Ferren Lee (Coco Lee) was born in Hong Kong on 17 January 1975, the daughter of a Hong Kong Cantonese mother and an Indonesian Chinese father. She had two elder sisters, Nancy, a Hong Kong actress who later also became her manager and Carol. Her father died before she was born

Emerging of an Artist-

Lee’s big break in the music industry came after she finished first runner-up in an annual singing competition held by Hong Kong broadcaster TVB. In 1994, at just 19 years old, she released her debut album, ushering in a career that would go on to span nearly three decades
